KNOXVILLE, TENN. – November 17, 2025 Lisa Rodgers, Chief Operating Officer of UT Federal Credit Union (UTFCU), has been named a 2025 Luminary by Credit Union Times. Rodgers is one of nine national finalists in the Exemplary Executive Leadership category, honoring credit union professionals who drive innovation, inspire teams, and advance the movement nationwide.

The Credit Union Times Luminaries Awards recognize leaders whose work has a meaningful impact across the industry. This year’s ceremony, held on November 6 at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort in Orlando, Florida, highlighted trailblazers from across the country who are redefining excellence in member service and financial performance.

For over two decades, Rodgers has played a pivotal role in UTFCU’s success, serving as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Under her guidance, the credit union surpassed $500 million in assets, expanded into new markets, and achieved record performance across key metrics. In 2025, she oversaw a seamless CEO transition, ensuring organizational stability and the continuation of UTFCU’s member-first culture.

Rodgers’s leadership has fueled innovative initiatives such as U Save and U Earn high-yield savings programs and the U Perform performance dividend, which links employee compensation to real-time results. She also leads ongoing enhancements to LUMIN, UTFCU’s digital banking platform, expanding accessibility and member engagement.
