Consider the convenience of a share or certificate secured loan. Use the money now and the credit union will hold your funds until the loan is paid off.

This loan uses a Regular Share, Choice Savings, Money Market Account, or Certificate as collateral. Basically, you are borrowing money from UT Federal Credit Union using your funds as collateral.

  • Loan amount can be up to 100% of Share or Certificate balance
  • Loan term can be up to 60 months on shares or up to the remaining term of the certificate.
  • Interest rate is only 3% over the Share or Certificate Annual Percentage Yield.
